I hadn't even given foreign vessels a thought since CC seemed to want to concentrate entirely on cruises and Americans who take them. I'm not sure there is one cruise line or steamship line registered under the American flag. Maybe she should be taking her complaints overseas? And I will certainly take your advise about swimming near foreign ports if the occasion ever arises. M
