DScottD: Please do not comment on the IRS mega-contract until it is announced publicly via SEC approved documents. I'm afraid you might start a rumor that nothing is in the way of the final contract signing. Who knows what effect that might have on the stock price? I don't know if it will go up, but I'm pretty sure it won't go down! The short cartel will then probably scream "manipulation". Sigh ... Thank you, TED
