The EPA study was suppressed because of its content and putting quotes around suppressed is an attempt to deny that.

First off the authors of the submission; Alan Carlin is an economist ....

First argument from the PR site realclimate is ALWAYS attack the person.

BTW he's actually a physicist also. They just forgot to mention that.
