And some dry cleaning fluid .(:)

I had bought a property here in Sarasota for two guys who as tenants ran a car repair shop. They were great in that they found a problem with my vintage BMW that none of the other BMW dealers were able to solve. Across the street was a bookstore that wold vintage paper back. All fine an good but when the two fellows couldn't make a business of this property (One was an alcoholic I later found out ) I had to sell it. Unfortunately for me the books store had once been a dry cleaning shop and they had emptied the fluids from the dry cleaning onto what was then a dirt road. The fluids seeped down into some underground wells and I could not move the property as it was condemned.... What a mess

So dry cleaning is NOT my field.
