"I have wondered about the "winter is coming" factor.." This is a complete, total, non issue! The climate of Lipangue is quite mild-being only at 6000 feet of elevation and near the ocean. The area only receives about a meter of snow through the whole mild winter. I suspect there would be very few days during the entire Winter where they couldn't drill. (In any case, the initial drill program should be completed long before then.) Here's an example of a company that has been drilling all Winter long in the snow and cold in Nova Scotia! indocan.com Cheers!
