And i never said you said that.

Here's what you did say:

if Plame was indeed covert and Fitz thought he could prove it...he would have filed charges against Armitage...he did not.

That's the lie.

Fitzgerald thought she was covert and thought he could prove it. He didn't file charges because Libby's obstruction of justice prevented him from determining motives. That's what Fitzgerald said in his press conference.

And since you're talking about what Fitzgerald thought, his words mean a lot more than your talking points and unfounded speculation. Wouldn't you agree?
