TrueScouse I concur. I have 10 U- holdings & RSC is my #2 in market val. I do not have doubts about it at all and I plan to be in RSC a long time. My understanding of RSC as a 'quality' holding is contingent on not being bought out any time soon, next year or whenever. RSC's true worth can only be realized with patience. it is good to read your take on RSC's management. thanks much. Loach
