BM, I couldn't have said it better myself. Nothing against Bell Sygma but you have to believe that there was and is alot of deadwood lying around. It happens in almost all outsourcing scenarios. Company takes over operations, and some people leave. Nothing to worry about because the smart people always stay. They realize that their future just got brighter. The ones that leave are usually fearful that they may not measure up, the ones that care more about their benefits than about the company succeeding and they succeeding with it. It's normal outsourcing transition. Takes a little while to get things in order but, as you said, those types of people are easy to replace. Actually I'm glad to see that it was brought up, it means that CGI's just going through a needed transition on their latest contracts....it means everything is in order.
