Ridiculous. I find the reasoning perfectly understandable under the law just as I can see to a lesser extent the concerns of the dissent. Reasonable minds may disagree on this issue. Gore lost this time. And there was no "conflict" worthy of either justice who has been mentioned for recusal. JLA
