And just think! A small and insignificant cowboy from Texas, misunderestimate by that hordes of intellecuals, internationalists and liberals truly "in the Know", has managed to abruptly change the playing field. Freedom and democracy, too long a concept, is now once again an active force at work in the world. GWB might not be "smart" as the Harvard University types define the word, but he has managed to rekindle a fire that has every appearance of becoming a world wide phenomenon. As you said: "Woe to those who stand in the way"--including the Democratic Party and other naysayers of the world.
