Rick, NEC....Baby! The adjudication committee rejected bids by TRW, ICL and Lockheed Martin before their systems were put to the test. That left only two consortiums in the running; one led by local company Q Data Consulting and a consortium including Unisys and Japan-based company NEC. Very cool find.....and so fresh! bg ps.Lockheed....ICL.....both could be IDX...TRW also, for that matter.
