835 Billion would fund 835,000 games It would at least be fairly quick. If a stimulus is really needed or at least a very good idea, the main argument for it is to stimulate the economy at the right time (almost no one thinks you can raise the long term growth rate through moving money in to a stimulus package, but the idea is you can make the short term down turn, less deep). It also would have less long term fiscal implications (new government programs to spend money tend to stick around and keep spending money). only one prize per family though How do you define family? Your spouse and kids, ok, their your family. An adult's parents and siblings? Cousins?
