sure did! unwanted teenagers having abortions instead of more unwanted babies prevented a crime wave in the 90`s that all law enforcement and scholars had predicted. When Romania Banned Abortion August. 1985. 10-12 years later romanian crime went out of control. ----------------------------------- From what I remember hearing about his theory, didn't it have something to do with legalized abortion?
