Jaime, I agree that this one is a good buy and has good institutional and individual support. I thought it was very strong on fundamentals at $15 or P/E=10, so what about $12 or below on a technical basis?
I have been trying to compare CY with IDTI because they look like mirror cos. in terms of revs. and earnings. From what I can tell these are the major differences/similarities:

IDTI has new 8" 4th fab up & running in Oregon.
CY had new 8" 4th expansion fab last August in Minnesota.
Both cos. say that their capacity will now allow for over 1 bill. revs.
CY just broke ground on 700 mill. fab in Texas/building could take yrs.

IDTI seems to be understated in press releases.
CY seems to talk very big in press releases.

IDTI has $1.50 in the bank 4 qtrs trailing earnings.
CY has $1.15 in last 4 qtrs trailing earnings.
Analysts have not been shy to downgrade IDTI especially after possible
10-15 cents short in next qtr. while no analyst downgrade CY.
This may be due to product mix/PC exposure or other factors R&D etc.

IDTI has current P/E of 7.8 while CY has P/E of 10.9
Maybe the year over year growth rate for CY substantiates higher P/E?

I assume they both have same beta & mkt volatility, although I've
noticed in retrospect that CY fell alot faster last Dec. than IDTI.
After they both evened out & fell further in Jan. CY seems to command
a 1/2 to 1 pt. premium over IDTI. Is there a technical or fundamental
reason for this or is it just due to the NYSE vs. NASDAQ exchanges?

Just some food for thought and a couple of questions!

Best Wishes,
