Thanks for your response. I was wondering if you were thinking of some other aspect of this MLP web that the CFO had spun. Your comment that this is not a derivatives problem and it really is a MLP caught my eye.

I noticed that the restatement of the financials went back to 1997, I think, with debt being recognized at the MLP’s.
