Well as JLA has been telling me lately, a prosecutor can say anything he wants. It doesn't mean squat.

And whatever Ray said, the fact remains he did not indict Clinton, for anything.

In the agreement, Clinton admitted to the acts he would have been indicted on. Those acts were illegal.

This is false. Clinton did not admit to perjury or obstruction of justice. You still need to get your facts straight and stop posting things that aren't true especially because this disinformation is designed to make your weak cases appear stronger than it is. In that regard it's dishonest.

There was never an issue of honesty or dishonesty when discussing Clinton's "agreement". Just a technical point about the word "plea", which I concede was my error. However, the substance of my original comment on this remains unchanged.

Fair enough.
