Not that long ago I believe Paul of all people projected about $7 billion. Now I'm starting to think he wasn't joking. We really don't know the upside potential for AMD. Dresden, Willy and overall worldwide PC demand make any projections highly uncertain. If we assume Dresden comes on in full production by early 2H 2000, Willy is no show until the end of the 4Q 2000, and worldwide PC demand turns out stronger than everyone thought it would be at the beginning of the year, here is one senario for AMD for 2000: $1 B in 1Q, $1.5 B in 2Q, $1.9 B in 3Q and $2.6 in 4 Q = $7 B for 2000. While I think we might test the high 50's before we see the 80's as so many people have recently made a ton of money on AMD and will sell at the first hint of a correction to lock in their profits, I agree with you that AMD is still grossly undervalued.
