Mark, This year I don't have any problem with the estimates. The big glut in Atmel's products won't be fully felt until next year. But, yes, I do disagree with next year's eps estimates. My guesstimate, and it is just that until the timing of their margins disappearing gets even more visibility, to use the words of their CFO, would be about 50 cents. But when these margins collapse, big profits disappear fast, and you could even see a loss. Good luck, MB
