I was very wondering and pondering why the hell GLE.T recent NR with that disclaimer sentence namely : "Global intends to negotiate an agreement with Delphi covering the entire solid fuel cell project. In the mean time, the intitial purchase order will allow Global to immdeiately commence work. While the parties believ that these negotiations will reach a successful conclusion, there is no assurance that such will be the case. The value of transactions has not been disclosed."
You know that disclaimer " While the parties believe that these nagotioations will reach a successful conclusion, there is no assurance that such will be the case.""
It is my understanding that this NR has lost itself its own merits because of this disclaimer, other wise I like to see " a big entire fuel cell project has completed in the argreement>..
THe words like "intends to" "believe, " nagotiations", make me wonder and ponder. Also that "The value of the transactions has not been disclosed." made me wonder and ponder, too.
You are right, market see through this is an one day rally event, and also " sell on the news type " asw I expect that NO new NR is up coming soon.
It is a good price to sell or short sell anything above that $9.00, I was expecting that she will be closed at $9.00 but it closed .05 below my estimated, a bit bearish than I would like to anticipate.
This price action will justify that GLE.T is heading that $4.00 for sure and within days soon, as it went up so fast, so it would fall down even faster. And I am not kidding at all.
