He told SH to get out of the country and hand over the gov't to a different group. This is so exactly right. And it's why Bush is such a liar and why this failed war is all on him. The UN never approved a resolution requiring SH to leave Iraq. And the congress never passed a resolution giving Bush authority to remove SH. It was about disarming Iraq. It was about adhering to UN resolutions. But at the last minute Bush pulled the old bait and switch. The inspectors were inspecting, no good, suddenly SH had to flee the country. Where did that come from? No one authorized it. Bush pulled it out of his ass. Bush screwed this thing up all by himself. His dad knew better, Bill Clinton knew better, Bush didn't. There's not a quote in the world that can change that fact. SD
