Jeff: re: CICI I think the righting is on the wall. Or if you prefer, on the palm size-PCs.
This company is arguably the leader in SW with Jot® and QuickNotes(TM) software.

Revs leapfrogged from a mere $35K in '97 to $341K in '98 and now they estimate that internet related sales, alone, could exceed $2M in '99. I don't know what more you could ask for in hyper-growth from a company. It seems that they are in the right place at the right time. Their partners and distributors read like a who's who in the tech industry and you can be darn sure MSFT an COMS have a lot of incentive to see their licensing succeed. I see CICI in the eye of the storm in this area. Much more news ahead.

BTW, I don't care which way the stock moves from hour to hour or day to day. This is a keeper in my opinion and the trend will be continuously up for the foreseeable future. As far as competition goes there is plenty of room for other parties in this space. I don't think it would dampen the current interest for those that are first to market and with established distribution channels like CICI.

All just my opinion. We will see.
