This is why Ampex decided to fund the manufacture of pre-amplification chips, as per their Q3 10Q, which are necessary for the MR technology. This truly will open the flood gates with respect to KM being adopted by the industry and will ensure that KM will not be a flash in the pan, but will be around for a very long time. Now, if we could only find out that KM works with Iomega Zips and Jazs....... Enough dreaming for now. See you all next year. MB
