Thanks, Ken. That's the press release I mentioned. That call was over 9 hours ago, and I didn't see the release in time. Perhaps the call will be archived.

Since Adrian Adams has now been quoted and the reported purchase price fully reflects the current yen quote, there is no reason not to sell my (few) remaining shares, unless there are some contingent payments in the merger agreement.
