Mark, GRNO and the SEC settled but Bill continues to fight on. The permanent injunction looks like this. Message 5619414 It looks like boiler plate to me that should have been in their word processors the whole time. What should have taken the legal system 17 minutes took 17 months. I have no comment about the mental processes of the NASD, MMs, and the SEC. If they have no clear idea what they are doing, far be it from me to guess. Charles
