Don't forget USR checked out all of Hayes' technology when Hayes was in Bankruptcy. I don't think they were very impressed.
Hayes blew it years ago while their CEO fought with his wife (a big shareholder) and USR developed technology. Years ago they got killed in the BBS market and their no threat now. They need to make money. I can see MOT pulling this kind of crap but Hayes?
Hmmmm.
