I thank you for the very useful information. I have been thinking about this and also read into it, a "green light"... at least as far as not seeing any hint of confirmation of problems of the magnitude I was concerned about up the road.
Perhaps it is conservative Merrill culture which influences his view on IDPH alone. I would be interested, if I had the time, to know how Merrill has tended to start young biotechs in the process of recieving approval for their first commercial drug in the past. They may have a history which could explain much in the way of Eric's recent report.
