Mark, Bill told me a long time ago that, in order to certify due diligence, MM's will have to have up-to-date financial statements, which GRNO cannot afford to have done at the moment. He indicated that these are the only things holding up MM certification. Maybe in a couple of months, if a few things go right for a change. =+=+=Norm
