The bean counters are watching, that's why corporations keep buying the best computers.

My experience from a big corporation is that people making these decisions are clueless. They buy $5,000 notebook computers with the minimum amount of RAM, crippling it this way so that it would perform like a $2,000 computer, and if you asked for a RAM upgrade, you combined with 10 other people in the chain of command would bur $10,000 worth of potentially billable time approving a purchase of a $100 part. BTW, Dilbert (Scott Adams) is right on the money.
