Now we are getting political. What do you think
of a processor which fails to complete a benchmark
at specified 100MHz FSB (with more than adequate
cooling and well within specified case temperature),
but passes if the bus frequency is 66MHz?

Is this system functional or not, technically?
Or it is just a new feature?
