TH..Auto Czar update: I spoke with the President of a regional auto dealer association last night. He was invited to DC a week ago, meeting all the "brains" in DC who think they know how to run a biz. The 2nd in command to Mr. "Czar" Rattner actually said a comment like this in a closed door meeting: "if we close half the GM dealers it's not that big of a deal because 90% of those workers will be absorbed by the existing dealers." One of the industry guys then asked him how much CA weed he had been smoking.
