Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said the previous administration should have established a "more forceful deterrent" against potential adversaries considering cyber attacks against the U.S. or its institutions.

It's really pretty crazy that Adam Schiff the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee is now finally blaming the Obama administration over all the Russia crap, so I guess you can say Adam Schiff's brain has grown from a spec of sand to a kernel of corn. Will Adam Schiff now jump ship to save himself, as Adam Schiff is now blaming Russia over the Russia narrative.
You still have to remember that Russians indicted this week by Robert Mueller were actually let in on special visas into the United States by the Obama administration in 2014, also we have Christopher Steele, Hillary Clinton, and the DNC named in Grassley's Christopher Steele memo working with the Russian government. It will be a crazy day when Adam Schiff jumps ship, and he may be doing just that.
