"I'm not sure how much selling pressure the warrants will cause." I agree with you. If things happen temporally as you suggest. If they decide to call the warrants ie the equity stake comes down the road and the company is still acquiring assets to fill their vision thenthey may call the warrants. I think it is interesting that they got 2.5M in private placement money and may do it again makes me wonder how soon the equity partner will be announced. I certainly wouldn't mind if they let the warrants sit if there is no need for the cash to fund operations and acquisitions. Regards Norden
