Dear Cathleen: Wow, a class act from the Past!! My information on Josef is that he still lurks out there but posts very rarely now. But he is alive and well I am told, and still has his place I believe in Minnesota. Cheryl moved to the community I wanted to move to in Oregon, I even drove out there and went all around looking at homes etc. She got a BEAUTIFUL home, lots of roses and fruit trees. I too have not seen her post in a long time. Alas, when I learned Oregon has a 9 1/2% state income tax including on Capital Gains I was forced to forego my plans to move there, just couldnt afford to TITHE to another government entity. In fairness though, I should say they have no sales tax. JDN
