Hi Tim,

I agree with you. Symantec has destroyed many products. The Norton product line was a superb set of apps that Symantec has managed to turn into non essentiall apps. Navigator & Utilites are questionable. Norton Anti Virus is good but FREE. ACT needs a major updating. WinFax 7 is nothing new over the win 3x version.

All I see is a company that purchased other companies successful products and managed to trash them. I think symantec needs a new Peter Norton who has vision and know how.

The current "price" is attractive but I won't buy the stock until I see some sign that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I am a very displeased symantec user with their win95 product offerings. Win 3x was another world and Symantec was worth every penny back then. I personally sold many people on those 3x products and dissuade people from their win95 products.
