Don, that is interesting. I did not know it would work like that.
Does this mean this syndicate will feed the shares out at 18 11/16
until they are absorbed? At this time, I was thinking VTSS was headed
for about 15 1/2 or so....seems to me the 2 mil shares will hamper
the upward advance, no? Is it possible to place an extra 12% of
shares on market without creating downward pressure?
