The more I look at this, the more I don't like it. You can bet Dave got Harris's blessing by virtue of a lucrative severence package.

Beyond, I still believe that there is no way under the current structure Dave can fulfill his obligations to the remaining shareholders. You simply cannot discriminate between shareholders which is clearly the plan. It is just not to his advantage to go so far to the right and go overboard to prove that the other 25% got a better deal than him to avoid the negative perception. I just don't fathom the idiocy in structuring it this way.

Frankly, seeing what I consider is the current over valued NSO price, it would have been so much easier and to NSO's advantage just to do a conventional stock swap deal across the board. Nice and clean. Someone, obviously Dave, purposely forced this curious route and I would suggest he didn't stick his neck out for nothing.

That said, we still haven't had a release from ANDA discussing the situation and frankly, that will be the key on how this thing goes. If it vaguely resembles the NSO announcement, we've got problems. Unless these guys are willing to lay the cards on the table pretty quick, I think we're going to see suits soon!

I just don't get the share price? Man, can't people read?

Good Luck,
-Scott
