True in the short term but as seen with the iPhone, and other smartphones, and soon with the iPad, and other tablets, DRAM will increase as the tablets become more functionally diversified. I see no reason why a tablet won't be sporting 2GB of RAM in the next 12-18 months as business uptake accelerates and the apps become more demanding on RAM.
