Dug is 70% E&P, 30% OSX, so yes, yes, and possibly yes, in response to your questions. DUG could very well test new lows, but I think that odds are that since everyone is on one side of the trade for the most part, odds are at some point the move in the other direction is going to be quick. In a falling economy and with worldwide growth coming to a slowdown, these things generally happen with little warning. One will argue about a worldwide slowdown, but the rate of worldwide growth is diminishing, not accelerating. It is still positive, but the energy prices are creating a massive problem for countries whether they subsidize fuel or not.
