Reginald - Novl's cash horde has been in place for a long time. It is a shame they have not been able to put it to good use - as you describe. But, they haven't - why is that? So far the only thing I've seen it used for is to attract fresh kill - new investors mesmorized by the $$$$$$$$. Is that why it remains intact? Matt
