I would have guessed something more like $50MM to $100MM. Maybe they're doing a bit more than what the press releases allude. No other investors? It appears they are doing: - creating secure registration technology to ensure only its subscribers have access to content, like sports - establishing a way for content owners to sell their content, i.e. technology and probably also an ASP for subscription biz model - creating content rights management technologies (to protect the content) The 49% voting stake out of 60% ownership is interesting. I wonder who's on the board. Amy J
