Yes, Bush is a criminal. Absolutely. Under his reign huge crimes have been commited, impeachable offenses times 1000. I am not exaggerating. The only reason we don't know about more of them in detail is that for six years the corrupt GOP congress refused to investigate.

To be fair though, many of Bush's crimes are techynically in legal grey zones. They are hugely unethical, but some of the crimes are not covered by clear laws against it, like all the evasions of congressional oversight and FISA courts. And how much power did the Patriot Act or War Powers vote really give him? Bushies claim it gave him total power to do anything he wanted. That of course is outrageous, but that's what they claim.

Cheney and Rove are also major league criminals, maybe the biggest this country has ever seen. But we badly need more investigations and get these scoundrels under oath. The gas gouging is a huge criminal area. As is the deliberate lying and fixing of intel before the invasion. And the illegal domestic spying. And the election fraud. There are dozens of huge scandals which haven't even been unearthed yet and they are all costing us $$$ and making $$$$$ for the few elitist cronies.
