Dave, without taking sides I need to set the record straight. Yes, Arnie did not sign the disclosure statement to hear what I heard. But Arnie did spend the valuable hours going over what books were available to us at that meeting. As it turned out it was better that we had someone going over those as I would not have had the time nor understood what I was reading. Arnie, as a shareholder carried his weight! Yes, I did come out of the meeting enthusiastic! Unfortunately nothing was carried through!!!! I was told I would be a shareholder representative on the board. That was quickly denied! A lot has transpired over the last two years, unfortunately we forget! Larry
