Linda,

Thanks for the reply. I am using a 486 Clone. I started out way back when with an Apple II+, but was forced to the PC by my office for compatibility reasons. I have been waiting forever for a decent Mac with both Wintel and Mac capabilities. I thought that Copland would be the answer, and now I hope that it is Rhapsody.

The Y2K problems are looming for me, and I will have to upgrade in the next 12 months or so. I may go the Pentium II route, but I would prefer a G3 or G4, IF I can have the various color boxes with it.

At present, I feel that I must have Win 95 to get the stock data that I would like. I agree that the MAC market is probably affected to some extent by the lack of good stock software. That seems strange to me given the power of the MAC, so maybe some innovative company will get the message. Here's hoping.

Thanks for the clarification on the release time.

Sam
