MKC, the only thing that makes sense right now is that there are targets outside of sales that LU needs to hit this quarter. there have been commitments made to lower DSO's and increase cash flow. If that does not happen, then LU will not have cleaned up it's balance sheet at all. Right now there are obviously people and institutions that are betting against. We shall see. good luck, Brian
