ZITL: IMO shorting at $4 is somewhat risky in the short term. A lot of us covered in the last few days, and ZITL has the new cash infusion. ZITL is legendary in its ability to hype its stock price up, and I'm expecting that it will do so in the near future, using some of that cash somehow. The Yahooligans are claiming that a merger is afoot, but that rumor has been around for months and months. Besides, most brokers won't allow shorting a stock below $5, but some will if you have sufficient buying power in your account. If it were me, I'd wait, although I wish I hadn't covered yesterday, it looks about ready to break into the threes today.
