P.T.

In recent years use of the Internet has spread like wildfire in schools and univerities. The kids understand that the Internet is a very convenient utility. They have no problem navigating around the Internet.

Now corporate America is moving rapidly to bring the power of the Internet to workers. Millions of workers are being giving access to the Internet at work.

Schools, Universities and businesses don't use AOL. Instead, they use the most cost-effective basic Internet service available and take advantage of MSFT and NSCP browsers.

This means that millions of new Internet users have no need to be spoonfed in the way that AOL does so well. Such users will default to the search engine of their choice and won't hesitate to change whenever another site takes their fancy.

I think that AOL's growth will slow as these current generations of school and college kids graduate and as business moves onto the Internet.

I think that AOL's growth may well slow when these sophisticated users choose ISPs.
