I just figured out how to produce a RS chart in MetaStock 6.5. Using Downloader, create a composite security, e.g., cpq/dj30 and then change the price series properties to P&F, then save it as a smart chart. It's labor intensive but at least you get a look at this on stocks you are interested in or own already. BTW, the best data source I've found for MetaStock is Quotes plus - all the stocks in the market nightly for $13/mo.
