Obama's claim that everyone could keep their healthcare was made after Obamacare had been passed. It wasn't the case that he planned and hoped that Obamacare would mean that, he knew better. Now there are some things that Obama wanted that he didn't get .... he didn't get our gasoline prices up to European levels and he didn't get a carbon tax to bankrupt coal power plants. Those are things he promised but didn't get and I wouldn't call him a liar for that failure.
