Here in Rochester NY, TW/AOL is signing up people for trials with
“Link Runner”(internet access, voice and TV).
At the same time Frontier Comm. with headquarter in Rochester (part of Global Crossing)
has very offensive campaign to sign up as many people as possible for DSL+voice.
They know that very soon TW/APL will offer voice .
The same competition will happen soon with TW/AOL vs.ROBCs.
RBOC have to install DSL+voice ,. They have no choice, and TW/AOL will speed it up significantly.
