BTW he was talking about the Constitution, which applies to all government... not just Federal government.

The Constitution enumerates the appropriate roles of the federal government and explicitly leaves everything else to the states and to the people. It's the federal government that is at issue.

So you think the states should control health care laws? 50 different systems?

I don't think any command and control system is optimal for health care. But, if some government entity is going to do it, then the states are a far better choice. At least that leaves us with more flexibility if nothing else, then, the freedom to move to another state.
